Richard Thaler |

Richard B. Thaler was born in Ithaca, New York on March 15,
1932. He was admitted to the bar in the District of Columbia in1957,
in New York State in 1958, and to the United States Tax Court in the
same year. Mr. Thaler is a Cornell University graduate, receiving his
undergraduate degree in 1953 (A.B.) and his law degree (J.D.) in 1956.
Mr. Thaler served as an Assistant Judge Advocate in the United States
Air Force from 1956 through1958, and was stationed in Washington, D.C.
He was also admitted to the Court of Military Appeals. Mr. Thaler was
the Tompkins County Assistant District Attorney, as well as City
Prosecutor for the City of Ithaca, from 1961 through 1962. He was also
the District Attorney for Tompkins County from 1963 through 1968.
Mr.
Thaler was previously the President of the Tompkins County Bar
Association, and is presently a member of the American Bar Association,
the American Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar
Association and the Tompkins County Bar Association. In addition, Mr.
Thaler was Lansingís Town Attorney from 1988 - 1993. Mr. Thaler is
actively litigating in all courts of the state, as well as in the
Federal Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Western Districts of New
York. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the United
States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and
the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern and Western Districts of New
York. Mr. Thaler was an adjunct Professor of Military Justice and Law
of Innkeeping at Cornell University. Presently, Mr. Thaler's practice
is concentrated in corporate law, wills, trusts, estates, real estate,
commercial transactions, municipal law, and general litigation. He is
outside general counsel for several corporate clients.

Guy Krogh |
|

Guy K. Krogh was born in Cleveland, Ohio on September 22,
1960. He was admitted to the New York State bar in 1990. Mr. Krogh
received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University (B.A. 1982),
and received his law degree from the Syracuse University College of Law
(J.D. 1989). At law school, he was Associate Editor of the Syracuse
Law Review, and he was the author of "The Satellite Competition Debate:
An Analysis of FCC Policy and an Argument in Support of Open
Competition," 40 Syracuse Law Review 867 (1989). Mr. Krogh is a member
of the New York State Bar Association and the Tompkins County Bar
Association, as well as the New York State Bar Association Committees
on Family Law, Intellectual Property, and Business Law.
He is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern
District of New York. Mr. Krogh's practice is concentrated in
intellectual property, corporate law, real estate and leasing,
commercial litigation, and family, civil, and defense litigation.
Additionally, Mr. Krogh currently serves as Town Attorney for the Town
of Lansing, and is outside counsel for several corporate clients.

Thomas Cramer |

Thomas D. Cramer was born in New York City, New York on January 27,
1953. He was admitted to the New York State bar in 1987. Mr. Cramer
received his undergraduate degree from Ithaca College (B.A. 1977), and
received his law degree from the Syracuse University College of Law
(J.D. 1987). He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the
New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Tompkins County Bar
Association. He is admitted in the United States District Court for
the Northern and Western Districts of New York. Mr. Cramer's practice
concentrates on all aspects of litigation, including personal injury,
medical malpractice, matrimonial, family law, civil rights, criminal
defense, and commercial litigation.

Katrina Thaler Medeiros |

Katrina Thaler Medeiros was born in Ithaca, New York on August
1, 1971. She was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York in
January, 2000 and in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in December,
1999. Ms. Thaler Medeiros is a graduate of Lansing Central Schools and
of the University of Vermont receiving her undergraduate degree in 1993
(B.A). Ms. Thaler Medeiros, who was a CIVITAS ChildLaw fellow, received
her law degree, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law
in 1999. She was the Editor-In-Chief of the Children's Legal Rights
Journal. From 2000-2001, Ms. Thaler-Medeiros was the Chief Law Clerk
Prior to attending law school, from 1994 to 1996, Ms. Thaler Medeiros
was the Human Services Legislative Coordinator for U.S. Senator James
M. Jeffords of Vermont. Ms. Thaler Medeiros also worked for the US
Senate Budget Committee in Washington D.C. She is a member of the New
York State Bar Association, the Tompkins County Bar Association and the
Massachusetts Bar Association. Ms. Thaler Medeiros' practice
concentrates in municipal law, corporate and general litigation, family
law, juvenile law and real estate.

Lorraine Moynihan Schmitt |

Lorraine Moynihan Schmitt was born in Denver, Colorado on January 11, 1962. She was admitted to the New York Sate Bar in January 1999 and in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in February of 1999. Ms. Moynihan Schmitt received her undergraduate degree in Education from the State University of New York at Cortland (B.S.1993), summa cum laude, and received her law degree from Vermont Law School (J.D. 1998). She was honored to be selected to participate in a student judicial clerkship in 1997 for the Honorable Norman H. Stahl, United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, wherein she prepared bench memoranda for oral argument, researched complex issues of law and assisted the Court in preparation of draft and published decisions.
Ms. Moynihan Schmitt is admitted in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York wherein she has been involved in complex tobacco litigation. She is a member of the Tompkins County, New York State, Massachusetts and American Bar Associations and NYSBA Environmental Law Section. Ms. Moynihan Schmitt served on the Board of Directors, United Way Tompkins County from 1999-2002. She has been a Trustee of the Ithaca Sciencenter Discovery Museum's Board of Trustees since 1999, is currently the Sciencenter Board Secretary and has been nominated for succession to Board Vice Chair. Ms. Moynihan Schmitt's practice includes environmental and municipal law, real estate, estate practice and general civil litigation.

Michael P. Porciello |

Michael Porciello was born in Rockville Centre, New York. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in March, 2008. Mr. Porciello received a undergraduate degree, cum laude with honors, from New York University (B.A., 2001). He received his law degree from Notre Dame Law School (J.D., 2007).
At law school, Mr. Porciello served as President of the American Constitution Society and participated in the public defender program.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Tompkins County Bar Association. Mr. Porciello is currently the Tompkins County Coordinator for the New York State Bar Association's High School Mock Trial Program.
Mr. Porciello's practice includes civil litigation, real estate and estate practice.
